Choux pastry (Eclair with cafe au lait pastry cream)
Palmiers (puff pastry with sugar)
In this class we will make the choux pastry along with a pastry creme for the eclairs, in addition to a cafe glaze.
The pastry for the Palmiers will be made during class as well.
Please feel free to bring an adult beverage.
